How do I use the electric vehicle charging stations?
Whilst the use of the electric vehicle charging stations will be free, visitors will be required to bring their own type 2 cable and download a copy of Smart Charge App (Dubbo Regional Council's nominated software provider) before operating the chargers.
Electric vehicles are not permitted to be charged on our powered sites.

The charger isn't working, what do I do ?
Smart Charge, Dubbo Regional Council's chosen electric vehicle charging station software provider, offers 24/7 assistance for any electric vehicle charging station issues. Please call 1800 998 896 or support@smart-charge.com.au.

If the issue cannot be resolved online Smart Charge will contact Dubbo Regional Council
on 02 6801 4000 to seek further assistance.
