ACCOMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Acceptance of an accommodation booking is acknowledgement and agreement to these terms and conditions:

Your stay with us is conditional upon payment of the prescribed tariff as set down by us and contained in your booking confirmation notice

Upon check in you will be required to provide a driver’s license and credit card which may be used for security and incidentals. Full payment of fees is due on arrival unless prior settlement arrangements have been accepted by park management.

Check out is strictly 10:00am, departure after this time may incur additional charges.

The registered guest must advise park management of any change in the number of persons using the room/site and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of registration.

Monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to guests, brought in or in to the rooms, sites, grounds or car park remain the responsibly of the guest and the park and/or management are not responsible for their safe keeping. Guests agree to not make any claim against the park and/or management for any damage or loss to their goods or valuables, regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred.

Room keys must be returned on departure, the registered guest will be charged for a replacement key if it is lost or failed to be returned.

The registered guest has the responsibility of ensuring that people staying with them behave in an appropriate manner and conforms with our terms and conditions. The registered guest will be held responsible for the conduct of the persons staying with them and be financially liable for any costs arising including noise, damages or extra cleaning.

We reserve the right to terminate without notice the occupancy of a guest and persons staying with them, who behave inappropriately. This condition also applies to guests who entertain visitors who are in breach of these terms and conditions. Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to consistent breaches of these terms and conditions, drunken, bullying, or loutish behavior, intimidation of staff or other guests, malicious damage to property, unreported negligent damage, theft, or any other form of behavior deemed by the management to be a danger to the offending guest, other guests, employees, contractors and the like.

All suites and cabins are smoke and pet free. If the odour of cigarette smoke or evidence of pets in the rooms is detected by the park cleaners at departure the registered guest will be charged an excessive cleaning fee.

Our suites and cabins are equipped with a small kitchenette and all essential cleaning equipment. It is a condition of your stay that all washing up is attended to prior to your departure and the general cleanliness of the suite/cabin is such that extra cleaning is not required. Should the suite/cabin be soiled to the extent additional cleaning is required the cost of that cleaning will be charged to the registered guest.

Payment of damages, extra cleaning or incidentals incurred by breach of the above terms and conditions will be charged to the registered guest.

The road system and parking area within the Holiday Park has a 10kph speed restriction. Guests are always required to adhere strictly to the speed limit. Guests and visitors using pushbikes, skateboards and scooters are to wear the appropriate safety equipment required by law when using these thoroughfares. Please note that road users within the precincts of this facility are subject to the law as it applies to all public roads as defined under the NSW motor Traffic Act.

All guests must comply with NSW fire regulations. Fires are permitted in designated fire pits only. Guests must supply own timber, wood is not to be taken from the Reserve. All fires must be extinguished when not attended. Fires MUST NOT be lit during a Total Fire Ban.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

AFTER HOURS CHECK IN POLICY
Guaranteed check in time is after 14:00pm. Our reception closes at 16:30pm, if you are arriving after 16:30pm, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT RECEPTION TO ARRANGE CHECK IN. This applies for all accommodation types including powered and non-powered sites, suites and cabins. Our reception staff will provide information on how to enter the park after 16:30pm.
If you are checking in after hours, please note full payment for the room/s or site/s is required prior to 16:30pm on the day of arrival to guarantee an after-hours check in. Part payments will not be accepted.
Check out time is 10:00am. Check out after this time will incur additional charges.
Guests will be required to complete our registration terms and conditions upon arrival. A credit card and valid photo identification is required on check in for each room/site booked and will be held as guarantee on the room/site and any incidental charges. If arriving after hours and online registration form must be completed prior to 16:30pm
Wellington Caves Holiday Park reserves the right to relocate any booking to a room/site of same standard. All bookings are subject to availability.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds of deposits and fees paid are available under the following circumstances:
Notice given at least 15 days before check-in:
Where at least 15 days notice of full or part cancellation has been given a full refund will apply.
Notice given between 14 days and 72 hours before check-in:
Where notice has been given between 14 days and 72 hours prior to check-in a 50% refund of all site fees/deposits paid will be given.

Notice given less than 72 hours before check-in:
Where notice is given less than 72 hours prior to check-in, no refund will be given.
An additional administration fee of $30 will be deducted from all refunds made by cheque.

'No shows; and cancellations after check–in, forfeit all fees paid. If after arrival guests are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount refunded, if any, will be at the discretion of management. The Park reserves the right to cancel bookings for 'no shows'.
Refunds will only be given in regard to the above conditions. Refunds will not be given if guests simply changed their mind, their circumstances change, choose wrong accommodation or due to weather conditions (except in the case of the emergency services evacuating the Park).
NB. Mid/peak season – where minimum booking stays are required no refunds will be made when the bookings open to shorter stays

ONLINE RESERVATIONS
All online reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. Should guests prefer to only pay an initial deposit (subject to the conditions above) they will need to call the reservations staff to confirm their reservation. Some rates and specials displayed online may not be bookable over the phone or may require payment in full regardless of booking method. Remember to check the conditions of all specials.
